If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.


📦 Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached)

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


💳 Refunds

  • Approved returns are eligible for store credit or a refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


🔁 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color?

  • We offer free exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item (subject to availability)

  • To request an exchange, contact us at support@wearora.co


🚚 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@wearora.co with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back to us

  3. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.


⚡ Special Notes

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll prioritize a solution
